CorelDraw Error - Not Opening, Corrupt Install Files

The solution to this issue is multiple steps:

To uninstall the program as you would normally would, this may not work it may give you another error that says the setup file is corrupted. If that happens you will need to delete the current set up file and download a new one, then try again.
After uninstalling the program itself you will have to delete everything pertaining to the program on the laptop, to do this you have to open the directories that you normally can’t see. You do this by pressing the windows key then typing %appdata% and deleting all Corel files within the directory.
Another hidden directory would be %temp% you find it the same way you find the %appdata% in this directory you will have to search for the files pertaining to Corel. Go into the search bar and type Corel, it should bring up quite a few documents that need to be deleted.
Reinstall the program, the program should run after the reinstall now.

This error indicates that there are corrupted files in the Corel install are preventing it form opening and running properly.
